6. Shipping

We shipped the next day after receiving an online order using either Mainfrieght or Fastway

depending on the weight of product or the location of customer. Ash Solar Power use the best

available information to determine shipping method. If shipping costs are prohibitive or looks

wrong please call 03 307 4777 and we will look at all available options.

 

7. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute; any claim or dispute under these Terms of Trade; shall be

determined by arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1996, if the parties are unable to resolve such

dispute within one month of written notification of the dispute. However, nothing in this clause

prevents either party from taking immediate steps to seek any equitable relief before the NZ courts.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Consumer

Guarantees Act and the laws of New Zealand.

All Ash Solar Power,s Promotions are for the month, they are issued unless expressly stated in the

terms and conditions.

 

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not

completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days for a

full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items

must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email ashsolarpower@xtra.co.nz to obtain a Return Merchandise

Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its

original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that

you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or

exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or

exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending

on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS
